92065 Ramona Real Estate Inventory is Low- July 2012 “snapshot” of Ramona

With more buyers in the Ramona Real estate Market, it appears we are running out of homes to sell. The number of Homes for sale in Ramona is at an all-time low, currently only 74 ACTIVE Listings in MLS. In years past there was more than twice that number. So what is going on? It appears there are more buyers in the market taking advantage of the incredibly LOW interest rates, while there are also fewer homes being listed for sale. If you are thinking about selling, now is a great time.
