I will be posting my Market reports monthly. These are a quick reference for you to follow the Ramona Real Estate market for a quick glimpse at what is selling and for how much.
The first quarter sales numbers are in for Ramona:
From Jan 1, 2009 through March 31, 2009:
Total sales on Residential, single family detached homes in Ramona:
79 SOLD:
1/1/2009-1/31/2009: 22 SOLD
2/1/2009-2/28/2009: 27 SOLD
3/1/2009-3/31/2009: 30 SOLD
Currently in RAMONA:
Total Active listings (SFD) count is 193
Total Pending homes count is 68
So the good news for 2009 is we have a steady increase in numbers sold so far each month of this year. However, the last quarter 0f 2008 (10/1/2008 to 12/31/2009 we actually had 85 SFD homes SOLD.
