Ramona Real Estate Market Report

The latest sales stats for Ramona, Poway, North county San Diego are in through May 2009 and they are not ALL bad.

While the current San Diego County sales stats for Ramona do indicate the median price of homes has gone down from last year at this time, from $412,400 to $341,000 (YTD) in Ramona and that the average market time (days on the market) is up in Ramona from 98 days to 101 days, there appears to be a glimmer of hope.

Did you know the ACTUAL number of homes SOLD is up from 102 to 128 YTD from last year at this time? We will take that bit of good news.

What that really means is that so far through May of 2009 in Ramona there have been 26 more homes SOLD than in 2008 and that is just through May 2009. So the number of units seems to be on the rise. Below are the current sales stats for May 2009 V.S. May 2008.
